The owner of Fit2Go, Kathie, originally came to me as she was finding that visitors to her site were having difficulty with the membership aspect of her site. As an online fitness club, this was affecting member’s experience of the site and also adding extra admin to manage.
Initially I addressed the issues that members were experiencing make the membership side of the site better to use. However, there were still a number of issues with the way the site was working. A website update and redesign further helped to solve these problems, with particular attention paid to the membership area.
